Cala Salento welcomes Le Perle del Mare - Firts Floor for the 2025 season, with ALL INCLUSIVE service (bed linen, towels and utilities), located a few steps from the splendid beach of Sant'Isidoro, this recently renovated ground floor apartment offers a modern and comfortable environment for a relaxing holiday ideal for 4/5 people.

LIVING SPACE:

The house has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with TV and a second bedroom with two single beds (a folding bed is available to guests to arrange as they wish), perfect for families or groups of friends.

The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a TV and a kitchen equipped with a two-burner induction hob, sink, oven, fridge, coffee maker and dishes.

The bathroom is complete with all amenities and has a modern shower cubicle.

Adjacent to the living room is a small balcony with washing machine and sink.

Wi-Fi is included, and parking is available on the street. Small pets are allowed on request.

The apartment is served by the Apulian Aqueduct, ensuring a safe and constant water supply. A perfect solution for those looking for comfort, convenience and proximity to the sea!

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Safety devices: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector.
