Cala Salento welcomes you to Casa Mireya for the 2024 season, the property is an ideal solution for 6/7 people and it is located less than 50 meters from the beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo.
LIVING AREA: living room with dining tables and chairs, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery.
SLEEPING AREA: an air-conditioned corridor (1st double bedroom plus single bed, 2nd double bedroom plus single bed; a folding bed is available for our guests to be adjusted as they wish). Bathroom with toilet and shower box.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: veranda equipped with outdoor sitting area. At the back of the house there is an external shower with hot water and a laundry area with washing machine. Mosquito nets. Pets Allowed. Wi-Fi. Water supplied by Acquedotto Pugliese.
Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the booking date until check-out.
Max Beach is the closest equipped beach to the property. All services, from the bar, supermarket, newspaper kiosk to fish market are just 500 meters away from the house.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
