PAYMENT METHOD: Pay 30% of the rental amount upfront via bank transfer or card. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site upon key handover via bank transfer, card, or cash.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Safety devices: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector.
