Description

A wonderful independent villa with 9 beds immersed in the wild nature of Punta Prosciutto. Villa Antonietta has a lovely garden and a small vegetable garden that runs along the structure, as well as a cozy veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, TV and barbecue for relaxing dinners. 

LIVING AREA: The interior of the property consists of an air-conditioned living room, dining table, sofa and TV. A full kitchen complete with oven, fridge, dishes and cookware. 

SLEEPING AREA: is air-conditioned and it consists of 4 bedrooms (1st double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom, 3rd double bedroom, 4th bedroom with single bed and bunk bed) 2 bathrooms: one complete with shower cubicle, one French style (without bidet but with shower cubicle)

FURTHER FEATURES: Outdoor showers. Car park. Mosquito nets. WI-FI. Water supplied from a tank, good for cooking and washing but not for drinking!

Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
 Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
