Cala del Salento offers for rent an exclusive detached villa with 6 beds and a private swimming pool. The property is located in a small residence in Boncore near Torre Lapillo, 1.8 km from the beach.
LIVING ROOM: the villa is actually divided into two floors: on the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette complete with oven, fridge and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
SLEEPING AREA: On the first floor an air-conditioned hallway that provides access to the sleeping area with two bedrooms: 1st double bedroom, 2nd bedroom with two single beds. A complete bathroom with shower box.
FURTHER FEATURES: WI-FI. Mosquito nets. Private outdoor area with an outdoor shower and a comfortable dining area under a shady pergola. What makes Villa Arya unique is its beautiful swimming pool for your exclusive use, so you can enjoy the sunny days in peace. Internal parking space. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
