Cala del Salento offers for rent a modern independent villa with 10 beds with a panoramic view of the coast.
LIVING AREA: the living room is air-conditioned and has also a fan, double sofa bed, dining area, The kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and cookware.
SLEEPING AREA: three bedrooms: 1st air-conditioned double bedroom with TV; 2nd air-conditioned with double bed and two single beds and TV; 3rd bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan. Two bathrooms with shower.
FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, a large equipped veranda that will allow you to spend a peaceful vacation surrounded by nature. Stone barbecue. Two parking spaces inside. Outdoor shower. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Water provided by cistern (good for washing and cooking, BUT NOT FOR DRINKING).
Cala del Salento guarantees its guests a continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
