SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned room with double bed plus bunk bed and private bathroom complete with shower box, 2nd air-conditioned double room, 3rd air-conditioned room with double bed and bunk bed. 2nd bathroom in hallway with shower box.
FURTHER FEATURES: Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, large furnished veranda ideal for dining, outdoor shower, washing machine and two parking spaces.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
