The villa is located in a private road closed by a gate with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH.
LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room with double sofa bed and TV. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dishes.
SLEEPING AREA: consists of 3 bedrooms: First air-conditioned room with double bed and a bunk bed. Second air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed. Third air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to get a double bed. 2 bathrooms with shower box.
FURTHER FEATURES: Private pool, veranda with dining table, chairs and stone barbecue. Additional outdoor shower with hot water. Furnished garden with sitting area for relaxing moments. Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed. One parking space in the garden and additional possibility of parking spaces in the street.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
