An elegant air-conditioned detached villa with 8 beds, it is only 350 meters from the famous Lido Orange Sun in Torre Lapillo.
LIVING AREA: Entrance/living room, with double sofa bed, TV and dining area. Kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishes.
SLEEPING AREA: air conditioning disengagement; 1st air-conditioned double bedroom and TV, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom, TV and private bathroom, 3rd bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together for double use if necessary). Second bathroom in the corridor complete with shower and washing machine.
FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, stone barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, veranda equipped with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella. One parking space.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
