Cala Salento offers you a lovely detached villa, with 6/7 beds and direct access to the Punta Prosciutto beach.
LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room with dining table and chairs, TV and double sofa bed, kitchen complete with oven, refrigerator, stove and dishes.
SLEEPING AREA: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with two single beds (can be joined for double use if necessary) the rooms are equipped with ceiling fan. One bathroom complete with toilet and shower box.
FURTHER FEATURES: garden surrounds the entire property and is equipped with outdoor table and chairs, stone barbecue, laundry corner with washing machine and sink. Mosquito nets. Outdoor shower. Parking spaces. Water supplied from cistern good for washing and cooking, not for drinking! PETS ARE NOT WELCOME.
Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out. Car is essential.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
