SLEEPING AREA: the property has 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom and double sofa bed, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, 3rd bedroom with double bed), two bathrooms, one is a full bathroom with toilet and shower box, and the second one is only for service. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
FURTHER FEATURES: Gate entrance with parking spaces, veranda equipped with outdoor table and seats, outdoor shower with hot water. Washing machine. Wifi. Pets are Allowed. The house is located in Porto Cesareo very close to the center and at the same time close to the beautiful sandy beaches and renowned lidos.
Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the booking date until check-out. The center of Porto Cesareo is 460m away.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
