SLEEPING AREA: No. 2 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double room plus a bunk bed; 2nd air-conditioned room with two single beds ( that can be joined for double use) additional two sleeping placesin the sofa bed placed in the air-conditioned living room. No.2 bathrooms complete with toilet and shower box. (under restoration)
FURTHER FEATURES: Outside, a comfortable veranda furnished with garden table and chairs, parking space. Mosquito nets on the windows. At the back there is an outdoor shower. WiFi. Pets are allowed.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
